Back in July I posted about hosting my own Favorite Things Party and promised an update so here we go!
The night was full of laughs and nonsense with a bunch of great friends. And dessert. Lots of dessert. I wish I had taken a photo of the dessert table…
So what were some of the gifts? We had everything from dryer balls to makeup and bath products to nachos and salsa to cupcake stands! It’s amazing what $6 can buy you.
I’d encourage everyone to get out there and try and host your own party. The idea couldn’t be easier, and if everyone brings an edible item it helps to keep the costs low for the host.
Mainly it was just great to be surrounded by laughs and pure nonesense. It’s shocking what a room full of women will come up with!
